Worst Customer Service Ever

I live in Pennsylvania and am a Comcast customer.  In August the cable to our block was cut when fiber optic cable was installed in our neighborhood.  Comcast came out to fix it, but had a problem with ours.  The "temporary" solution was to run an orange cable wire up some trees in our front yard and across the street and then down the neighbor's tree.  We were told that they would return to take care of the wire.  We waited patiently for someone to return, but no one did.  I got really tired of looking at the orange wire hanging across our street and called comcast to see what ever happened.  A tech came out to our house and left a note on our front door saying that they would have the line buried as soon as it was legally possible.  Frustrated with that explanation I waited a couple weeks and then decided to call back.   Due to wind and ice the wire was starting to hang low over the street.  When I spoke to the comcast csr they were really unhelpful and just said they would put another ticket in. I asked if The tech was going to give me the same answer and she said "I don't know".  We have been planning to have the trees cut down, but there is a cable wire in them which makes it somewhat difficult. The cable wire fell down last night and is now lying in the street with people driving over it.  Yet I keep getting the same response. I want the wire buried not put back up in my tree.  My tree is being cut down this coming Saturday and it sounds like comcast is just going to hang this cable wire right back up in my tree until they get around to making it "legally" possible to bury it. I have never seen such horrible customer service.  So how long am I supposed to wait for them to bury it- 6 months? a year?
